Driven by the "New Generation Artificial Intelligence Development Plan" and the "Digital China" strategy, perceptual intelligence, autonomous control systems and intelligent decision-making technologies are becoming the core engines for promoting industrial transformation and national competitiveness. With the vigorous development of unmanned systems, industrial Internet, smart cities and other fields, the cutting-edge research on multimodal perception fusion, adaptive control and swarm intelligence decision-making has been deeply integrated into the key links of national security, economic upgrading and scientific and technological innovation.
The 2026 International Conference on Perception, Control and Decision Intelligence (PCDI 2026) will focus on the wave of intelligent technologies and be grandly held in Dali, China from February 6 to 8, 2026. This conference aims to build an international academic platform that transcends disciplines and fields, gathering the world's top scholars, industrial pioneers and innovative institutions to jointly explore the future path of breakthroughs and industrialization of intelligent technologies. All papers will be reviewed by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.
